Answer questions about Visa programs, products and benefits including Visa’s Zero Liability Policy*. Facilitate the transfer of calls to issuing banks for further information and resolution, when applicable. Maintain high quality standards and compliance with established procedures. * Zero Liability Policy applies only to card payments made using a Visa credit or debit card issued by an issuing Financial Institution. This excludes certain commercial card and anonymous prepaid cards and transactions not processed by Visa.
